The FM Radio Guide ZW mobile application may collect the following data:

• Location data — accessed when you use the GPS/Map feature or enable area notifications.
• Email address — only if you submit a signal issue report through the app.

Information collected is used solely to respond to your enquiries, process complaints, and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

Within FM Radio Guide ZW, your data is used as follows:

• Foreground location — to identify FM transmitters near you and display stations available in your area. This is processed on-device and is not stored or transmitted to any server.
• Background location — to notify you of FM stations available as you move between areas. This requires your explicit permission and can be disabled at any time in your device settings.
• Email address — used only to process signal issue reports submitted through the app. Not shared with third parties.

BAZ implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
